The lobby and shopping areas were very nice, and the traditional Japanese room was clean with a good view of Lake Biwa. The air conditioning worked well.
It should be noted that the swimming pool is not included in the price of the room and an additional entry fee is needed. The pool was also very noisy with lots of children and had no shade.

Top view on lake Biwa, good product selection in the bath. The bath is on the older side but clean.

The bath was the perfect way to relax.
The beds are kind of uncomfortable and you can feel the mattress springs.

traditional Japanese room overlooking the lake.
A large hotel with restaurants and public bath. Breakfast buffet and located next to a park and lake Biwa. Close to the station. Had a traditional Japanese room overlooking the lake.
I got what I was expecting. Didn't like they cleaned up the futon. Was only staying for two nights so would have preferred only having to set up the futon once.
